1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the CUTZ pre-cut software solution and related services provided by THE BASE SOLUTION Co., Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) via filmcutz.com and associated platforms. CUTZ is a digital software product providing PPF and film pattern cutting tools and features that maximize material efficiency and installation workflow. By registering, downloading, subscribing, or otherwise using the service (“Service”), you agree to these Terms.
If you purchase through a Paddle checkout, Paddle acts as the merchant of record, and your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Conditions. Your license to use CUTZ is directly between you and THE BASE SOLUTION Co., Ltd.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
To use the Service, you must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and legally capable of entering a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
3. Software License
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the CUTZ software and related digital content for your business purposes. You may not distribute, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of CUTZ except as expressly permitted.
4. Subscription Plans and Free Trial
CUTZ offers subscription plans (e.g., monthly, yearly) that provide access to unlimited cuts and pattern libraries. You may also be offered a free trial, limited by time and usage. Trial usage is subject to restrictions disclosed at signup, and only one trial is permitted per account. Services provided during a trial are licensed, not sold.
5. Payment and Billing
All fees for subscriptions and other paid features are processed via Paddle or other payment processors we designate. You agree to pay all fees in the amounts and currency displayed at checkout. Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled according to the billing terms in your checkout flow. Taxes, if applicable, are your responsibility.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Unless required by applicable law or stated otherwise, we do not provide refunds for unused portions of subscription periods.

7. Intellectual Property
CUTZ and all associated content, workflows, documentation, graphics, and software (“IP”) are the exclusive property of THE BASE SOLUTION Co., Ltd. or its licensors. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any IP without our express written permission.
8. Use Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
- Interfere with the security, integrity, or performance of the Service.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems.
9. Support and Maintenance
We may provide support through documentation, email, or other channels. We may update, modify, or discontinue features with or without notice. You acknowledge that updates may be applied automatically and that older versions may cease to function.
10. Privacy
Your use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE BASE SOLUTION Co., Ltd. AND ITS AFFILIATES ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
12. Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Seoul, South Korea. You agree that exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service shall be in the courts located in South Korea. If you reside outside the chosen jurisdiction, you and we both consent to those courts’ personal jurisdiction.
14. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting updated terms on filmcutz.com. Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
