This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for subscriptions and services purchased on filmcutz.com for the CUTZ pre-cut software, provided by THE BASE SOLUTION Co., Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “us”).
Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record, and PayPal. Refunds are therefore handled in accordance with both this policy and Paddle’s buyer terms presented at checkout.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your CUTZ subscription at any time via:

Effect of cancellation:
- Cancellation stops future renewals.
- You will retain access to the Service until the end of your current paid billing period.
- No additional charges will be made after cancellation takes effect.
3. Refund Policy (Digital Services)
CUTZ is a digital software service delivered immediately upon purchase.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law:
- Subscription fees are non-refundable once the Service has been activated.
- We do not provide partial refunds for unused time, unused features, or early cancellation.
- Refunds are not issued for lack of usage, mistaken purchases, or business downtime not caused by the Service itself.
